At Mordecai Christian Business School. We seek to bring people to the place where divine secrets are revealed, where economic blueprints for individuals and nations are revealed and where they can walk in financial anointing and authority
Our mission is to train individuals who would become God’s treasurers, impacting them with the Spirit and knowledge of Christ and guiding them to the purposes of God for his Children and into the storehouse of his financial wisdom.
The Founder
Ola Elesho is one of the district coordinators of the full gospel businessmen’s fellowship international – Nigeria, where he helps oversee the operations and activities of the fellowship in Kaduna state.
He became a founding member in 1986 of the Kaduna chapter of the full gospel businessmen fellowship international – Nigeria.
He has a bachelor of science degree in agricultural engineering from the university of Ibadan and also obtained a certificate of entrepreneurial management from the prestigious Lagos business school. Over the years he has been involved in a wide range of business activities ranging from bakery, agriculture and publishing.
In the year 1993 he co – founded H- Feran bakery which started in his garage with his wife Fola. Together they grew the business to a two million naira weekly turn over a period of 12 years.
A wind of change blew their way and he went to the school of the holy spirit for another period of time until the lord released them in 2019.
In the year 2020 he and his wife founded the Mordecai Christian business school, a prophetic end time school for believers who sense a calling to be part of god’s end time army in the financial arena in line with the mandate of the church in Ephesians 3:10.
He is a prolific writer, author and guest speaker in many christian seminars and conferences where he shares diversely on various life issues. He lives in kaduna with fola. They have been married for 30 years and have three children, two grandchildren and counting.
The Instructors
Mr Bunmi Elesho
Mr Bunmi Elesho qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 having passed with flying colours the ICAN exam.
He started his working career in 1985 when he joined Egunjobi and Co from Oct 1985 to March 1989,then moved on to Inlaks Group, Citizens Bank,Haggai Investment and Trust , Saap Tech and then in 1999 he joined Capital Alliance.
Capital Alliance is the foremost Private Equity firm in Nigeria with Assets under Management in excess of $1 Billion.
During the telecoms privatisation exercise, he participated with other investors in bidding for the Federal Government owned Nigeria Telecommunications Company (NITEL) in 2001 to 2004.
Today he sits on the board of seven companies. Alpha Partners Investment Ltd.(Private Equity Firm), Mediplan Healthcare Limited (Health Maintenance Organization), Crossover Microfinance Bank and Mediplan Holdings Limited, Paramount Healthcare and PRRWEI. He serves as Chief Executive Officer of 6 and Chairman of Prepaid Medicare.
He brings to us his wealth of experience in banking, finance and business.
Mr David Akuboh
Mr David Ndanusa Johnson Akuboh joined John Holt Insurance Brokers in Kano as a trainee in 1981 after obtaining a diploma in insurance from Ahmadu Bello University. He joined Risk Consultants in 1983 as an underwriter and in 1984 he joined American International Insurance Co Ltd now AIICO INS plc as Kaduna branch manager. He was trained extensively in management and marketing
In 1991 he joined International Standard Insurers as head Northern Operations and opened seven branches for the company within a space of 15 months namely Kaduna, Kano, Sokoto, Minna, Lokoja, Jos and Abuja.
Mr David Akuboh enjoyed an outstanding career in ISI and distinguished himself and won best all round employee of the year for two consecutive years with handsome rewards. He became an Arthur De Little scholar of Corporate Restructuring and Strategy
In 1995 he formed Multi Trade Insurance Brokers headquartered in Kaduna with strong presence in Abuja and Lagos. He has grown and by the grace of Almighty God has remained the managing director since then.
1n 2004, he was conferred with ACIB by NCRIB and in 2009 he was elected chairman Northern Area Committee of NCRIB and served on the governing board of the Council for five years and served under three presidents. He has continued to render his contributions to NCRIB in various ways and has remained passionate about the insurance broking business. Currently he is a member of the special purposes/government liaison of the Council
He is widely travelled, married with children both males and females. He is a national officer of Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International a global laymen’s ministry, a deacon in his church and a board member of Mercy Home Orphanage and Schools, a non – profit organization. He is chairman of Alinda Farms Kaduna. He enjoys studying and teaching from the Bible.
Mr Kolawole Adebari
A passionate teacher, he is a highly motivated and result oriented leader, who is passionate about the success of people. He loves to inspire and motivate people to accomplish their God established purpose through the instrumentality of God’s infallible word.
He sees himself as an agent of change sent to men in this generation. In his over 20 years walk with the Lord, he has ministered to over 1 million people in Nigeria, Western & Southern Africa and America.
An astute Entrepreneur with interest in the manufacturing and food industry.
Kolawole is a National Director of the FBGMFI. He is happily married to his Sweetheart Yetunde and the Lord has blessed them with 3 children, Oluwasayofunmi, Oluwadayobomi and Oluwafikayomi.
His favorite scripture is found in Philippians 1:21, “For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain” (Head or Tail, Satan Loses!).
Dr. Segun Falope
Dr. Olusegun Falope is the C.E.O. and Managing Director of Belmont Nigeria Limited, an Engineering Company with Head Quarters in Kaduna. A position he has occupied for over 30 years.
He has his first degree in Veterinary Medicine a Master in Public Health and Preventive Medicine and another Master in International Affairs and Strategic Studies from Nigerian Defense Academy Kaduna. He is a fellow of Institute of Mentoring and Career Counseling of Nigeria; a Fellow of Institute of Registered Administrative managers of Nigeria.
Dr. Falope is a member of Boards of Several Companies and Board of Trustee of several organisations. He is also an International Director of the Full Gospel Business men’s Fellowship International. He is a Public Speaker and Seminar Facilitator of great demand.
He has a strong passion for leadership and has facilitated trainings for Corporate organizations as well as Non governmental organizations. He is regarded as “mentor of leaders”.
He is married to Helen Falope and together they have three sons and three grand children and counting.
Mrs. Fola Elesho
Fola elesho is an entrepreneur, public speaker, couch, mentor and founder of the Christian Teenagers Club and has been a guest speaker in many christian seminars and conferences where she shares diversely on various life issues with a specialty in family transformation and youth development.
In the year 2001 she founded a teen transformation platform called Christian Teenagers Club, which facilitated the transformation of the lives of many teens in their hundreds. Of which are many now living purpose driven lives all over the world.
In the year 2020 she co founded the Mordecai Christian Business School, a prophetic school for believers who sense a calling to be part of god’s end time army in the financial arena in line with the mandate of the church in Ephesians 3:10.
She is a life member of the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International (FGBMFI) – Nigeria. Being an active member of this group since its inception in Kaduna in 1986.Currently, she is assisting her husband who is one of the district coordinators of the FGBMFI – Nigeria, where they oversee the operations and activities of the fellowship in Kaduna state, where she lives with her husband. They have been married for 32 years and have three children, two grandchildren, and counting.
She has a higher national diploma degree in marketing from Kaduna polytechnic and a post graduate certificate in management from the Abubarkar Tafawa Balewa University(ATBU), Bauchi. She also obtained a certificate of entrepreneurial management from the prestigious Lagos Business School. Over the years she has been involved in bakery business and agriculture, and remains an expert cake baker.
Dr Yila Umaru
Dr Yila Umaru Lakorok is a graduate of Veterinary Medicine from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and a businessman with an interest in the Agricultural Sector. He is the Managing Director of Agriprojects Concepts International Limited, a company providing solutions for the livestock and poultry sector. He is also the promoter of Omni Agrik Specialities Ltd. – an agribusiness consultancy. Yila Umaru participated in the inaugural class of the Lagos Business School, – Agribusiness Management Program (AgMP) 2015 and the Mordecai Christian Business School 2021. Yila has been active in public service such as President, Association of Veterinary Medical Students ABU Zaria 1989 and the ABU Junior Chamber International in 1990. He has also served in various leadership positions such as FHA Chapter president Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship; Chairman of Nigerian Veterinary Medical Association, Kaduna State and now a Field Representative of the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International. He is married to Salome and they are blessed with four children – Esther, Emmanuel, David-Elijah and Elizabeth.
Mrs. Yetunde Adebari
Yetunde Adebari is a seasoned Entrepreneur.
She is the Chief Executive Officer of House of Cakes; a cake, pastry and ice cream store chain.
She has a fourteen (14) year
banking experience with a number of Nigerian Banks, with
experiences cutting across
Human resources management, operations, Customer relationships management.
Yetunde believes strongly in the family system. She believes everyone can achieve greatness to the extent they desire and work positively towards the goal.
Yetunde holds a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of
Ilorin, Kwara state and a Masters degree in International Relations and Diplomacy
from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria,
She also studied Entrepreneurship from
the prestigious Enterprise Development Center of the Lagos Business School.
Yetunde is an alumni of the prestigious Rhema Bible Training School and Mordecai Christian Business School.
She sits on the board of Microvis MicroFinance Bank and Korporate Karpenters Limited.
She is a mentor to many young women business owners.
Yetunde strongly believes that we as believers should be earthly relevant and kingdom focused.
She is happily married to Kolawole Adebari and together they are in charge of Market Place Outreach for the FGBMFI Nigeria. They are blessed with three (3) children.
Mr Emeka Orji
Mr Emeka Orji,FNIVS,RSV,MNIM,MRICS, is a graduate of University of Calabar, Nigeria and University of Reading, UK, England majoring in Real Estate. He currently holds Ph.D in Estate Management majoring in residential developments. In addition, Dr. Orji holds an MBA degree in addition to other professional qualifications in the areas of human capital management, business negotiation strategies, conflict resolution and marketing. He started his thriving career with Messrs Chika Egwuatu and Partners,a consultancy firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and later moved on to becoming a foundation staff at the Airtel telecommunications company and was there for 8 years. His major breakthrough with the prophetic anointing came in the course of executing his career in Airtel where the anointing of the Holy Spirit came mightily upon him enabling him to make a huge success of his career at Airtel. After leaving the company in 2009 he moved on to establishing his private practice known as Emeka Orji Partnership, a firm of Estate Surveyors, Valuers, Real Estate Project Consultants.
He joined the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship in the year 1997 and has held various leadership positions. He is presently a Field Representative of the Full Gospel Businessmen Fellowship International.
He is married to Ifeoma and they are blessed with three children.
Mr Niyi Soyinka
‘Niyi Soyinka, ‘The Success Catalyst’ as he is fondly called is a Life, Leadership & Business Coach, Trainer and Consultant. He is the Lead Strategist at BIGshot Consulting Ltd; a human resource development firm
Niyi holds an MBA with specialty in Human Resource Management as well as an MPhil is Leadership and Strategic studies. He has several years of experience in the banking industry and has facilitated trainings for members of staff of Federal Capital Development Agency (FCDA), Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) on subjects that include customer service, performance management, leadership, sales and marketing, team building etc. He has also facilitated sessions for Click-On Kaduna, a Kaduna State Government programme in partnership with the World Bank Group and the Rockefeller Foundation to promote digital skills, Fate Foundation etc.
With over 100 speaking engagements every year, he is in high demand as a trainer, leadership/life coach and change catalyst. Niyi is on radio every week on INVICTA 98.9 FM, Kaduna.
Soyinka is also a TEDx Curator. He is committed to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals #1 (No Poverty), #4 (Quality Education), and #8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
He hosts the Public Speaking and Effective Communication Masterclass with participants across the world. So far, the platform has helped hundreds of people speak with utmost confidence and overcome the fear of public speaking.
He is the author of the bestselling book, How To Earn A Fee From What You Do For Free! Making Big Money From Your Skills, Ideas and Talents.
He is married to Abiodun who holds a Masters in Personnel Psychology and a prolific Fashion Designer (@FeyiCreations). They are blessed with 2 amazing children, General David & Ambassador Daniel.
